Allison Schachter

Allison Schachter is E2A’s monitoring and evaluation advisor. She comes to E2A from the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC). At OGAC, she served as strategic information advisor, providing technical assistance for PEPFAR programs in Côte d’Ivoire, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and Tanzania. Prior to working with OGAC, she served in different capacities with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including as an ORISE Fellow on the Health System Recovery Team, evaluating surveillance practices in Haitian Pediatric wards and identifying areas for improvement in data collection methods. Allison holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University.
